Minimum age for renting Luxview Lodge is 26 yrs old.

There is No Refund for early departure.

Please use the indoor pool responsibly. Owners of Luxview Lodge will not be liable for slips, trips, falls, or unsafe activity in the swimming pool room. No diving or horse play is allowed. No electronic devices plugged into a 120vac socket is allowed in the pool room. All children under the age of 12 must have a guardian within sight of the swimming pool at all times. Same rules apply to the outdoor hot tub.

Parking on the street in Cobbly Nob is not allowed. This is to ensure that any emergency vehicles are able to get through if necessary. Also, remember Cobbly Nob is a community where families come to stay. Please keep everyone safe by following the 20 mph speed limit. Large buses are not allowed, and the cabins in Cobbly Nob have a 1 car per bedroom policy. You can get your parking permit for your stay from us.

Ground mounted firepits and open fires are not permitted within the resort. Because of fire codes, please honor the maximum number of guests (10 guests) for a safe stay for everyone.

Loud and rowdy parties are not allowed so not to disturb the neighbors in the community.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all amenities, appliances, and equipment will be in 100% working order, 100% of the time. No refunds or adjustments will be made for unforeseen mechanical difficulties, unreported problems or power failure. Rest assured we will jump on it quickly if a problem arises. Guests will be charged for unneeded service calls if a repairman is called and there is nothing wrong.

Even though Cobbly Nob keeps the roads snow plowed, chains or 4 wheel drive is recommended during the winter months. Money or stays will not be refunded due to weather conditions.

We take damage to our vacation home very serious. Guests who book Luxview Lodge will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by guests during your stay. The total cost to repair damage, replace broken or missing items will be charged to the guest who booked the cabin.

Please remove all trash from the cabin and put in the bear proof trash bins located outside before you leave the property on your checkout day. NEVER ALLOW THE TRASH BINS OUTSIDE TO OVERFLOW. If you have large amounts of trash you will be required to dispose of the trash properly off property. We know this is an inconvenience but this is done for environmental reasons. If bears, raccoons or other animals get into the trash and scatter it everywhere, they will become dependent on human food and will starve during the winter or be put down. You will be charged $50.00 for any overflowing trash left behind in the bear proof trash bins outside.
